  • Buy Email Credit

Click on "Buy Email Campaign" on your dashboard at the top right, then enter how many Emails you want to buy & click Buy credits & complete Billing.

1 email credit which the Creator can use to send one email to one contact/leaner's email id

$0.0025/email per email (valid for a month)

Email credits that you purchase; You have to use them within a month.


  • Set up your campaign

To set up your email campaign, you have to click on ''create an email campaign,'' and this setup will be completed in 4 steps:

1. Setup

2. Design

3. Recipients

4. Confirmation

Setup

Campaign Name: Write the name of your email campaign

Subject Line: Subject line of the email

From Email: To send an email, you need a sender ID which can be created in the "Email Marketing" section of "Account Settings."

Design

In this step, you have to design your email campaign. You can make a list of your students & write their all transactional things/course purchase/enrollment/fee information by inserting a table and many emails you can send to your enrolled audience and learners.

Recipients

In this step, you can select all those enrolled learners to whom you want to send Emails; as in bulk email campaigns, you can choose all the learners together & send them your promotional emails and coupon codes & offers.

Confirmation

Your campaign is ready to be sent!

In this step, you can send an email instantly or save your campaign as a draft, and also, you can schedule it for a specific time: also, Review the report below before sending your campaign.

Save & Quit

If you save the campaign, it will be visible on the ''Email campaigns'' screen.

Send your campaign now or schedule it in advance

Send it now Schedule for a specific time Send it at the best time


  • Senders - Add a sender ID to send Emails

An email marketing tool that allows you to build and manage large email lists. utobo already has an email feature that will enable you to send one-time emails to your entire group of learners or a smaller one.

In this setting, you need to create a Sender ID to run your email campaigns.

  • Verify your email Sender ID

You need to very your email to create a sender ID. Add Sender ID in two steps; once you Verify from your Email please click on Verify This Sender in the "Senders" section under Email Marketing. Congratulations! All setup is done.
